Coleen Rooney – Queen of Accessories

Coleen Rooney has been photographed looking glamorous as ever as she enjoyed doing a spot of shopping with a friend in Liverpool high street.

Coleen who is clearly already on the way to losing the weight she gained while pregnant with son Kai, now three-months-old, brightened up the dreary weather in her suave, red chiffon dress.

After embarking on an intense diet and exercise regime following Kai’s birth, Coleen has been photographed looking increasingly slim, and the inspirational mother of one  has enjoyed showing off her returning slim figure in a series of figure hugging outfits.

Coleen admitted she was in no rush to loose the weight but she did comment. ‘Because I am short, I sometimes look bigger than I am, especially in pictures.’

The accessory queen paired the red dress with a classic, black structured jacket, tights and shoe boots. She also added a designer Chanel handbag and a cheeky animal print scarf to complete the look. Shoes and bags, scarf’s and bangles, the 23-year-old WAG has got the perfect, matching accessories for every occasion.

But the best accessory of all was undoubtedly the red United Colours of Benetton shopping bag, which, much to Mrs Rooney’s embarrassment was coincidently an identical colour to her day dress.

Beckham Encourages An ‘All-Inclusive’ Fashion Industry.

Victoria Beckham has joined forces with The Council of Fashion Designers of America, (CFDA) to promote their new campaign ‘Health is Beauty’.

Promoting her recently premiered range of evening wear, she spoke how she had signed up to a campaign launched in the States to promote healthier sized models.

The ex Spice Girl spoke out on an American TV Show about underage girls, underweight girls being misrepresented in the industry and also the lack of ethnic minorities found in mainstream modelling.

“The campaign the CFDA has launched is called ‘Health is Beauty’ and they are definitely encouraging designers to work with healthier sized models,”

The interview confirmed her shared desires with the Council of Fashion Designers of America, (CFDA), for a more ‘all-inclusive’ fashion industry.

“The CFDA have reached out to designers, stylists and casting directors not to work with underage models, girls that are too thin and to be more ethnically aware,” said Beckham.

“And I don’t think we should be discriminating against someone because they are too thin or too curvy or too large or whatever it is”

Beckham, who has just received positive reviews for her fashion collection which premiered on Sunday during New York Fashion Week, said: “Most of these girls are naturally thin.”

“I had a casting last week and had some terribly thin girls come in and it wouldn’t have worked.”

Abbey does the England ‘Strip’

ENGLAND may be ready to launch a new football kit but WAG, model, Abbey Clancy clearly knows how to make the old kit look just fine!

England footballer’s fiancé, Abbey Clancy, supports hubby Peter Crouch, by having the England Strip painted onto her body and posing for Sports Illustrated.

24 year old, WONDER-WAG Abbey Clancy teams up with wives and girlfriends of players from around the globe, such as, Germany’s Bastian Schweinsteiger and Italy’s Christian Vieri to support their countries in the world cup.

Abbeys was photographed wearing the remnants of an England shirt over a skimpy gingham bikini. The only difference from a regular swimsuit shoot is the entire ensemble was painted on by make-up artist and body-paint expert Joanne Gair!

The stunning, patriotic, Scouser admits it was a unique experience which took some getting used to, She also confessed that she has long dreamed of having the opportunity to be a part of Sports Illustrated.

“It’s not as glamorous as it looks,” she laughs. “I was stripped and sprayed in places you wouldn’t imagine, but I did have fun.

“At the beginning of the day when I was naked I was thinking, ooh my bottom and my boobs are out. But by the end you’re just walking around because you actually feel clothed and I was tempted not to wash it off – to fly home to England with it all on!”

“Since I was a little girl I’ve loved the whole image of Sports Illustrated, the most beautiful women in the world: strong, powerful, sexy and gorgeous. I just can’t believe I’m part of that to be honest.”

Fit And Healthy Zucker

Fitness Instructor, Carly Zucker, wife of footballer Joe Cole, reveals how she likes to keep fit and healthy.

A clearly blooming Zucker is looking fit and healthy after taking part in a one mile walk in aid of Sports Relief with fellow celebrity mums-to-be newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky and presenter Denise Van Outen.

Here are Carly’s tips for looking fit and healthy.

 Mix It Up

Zucker reveals that she likes to keep fit by keeping her fitness regime interesting, a trip to the gym just isn’t enough. “I love wall climbing, ballet, trapeze, weight training and cycling. I’ve always done yoga – I’m the type of person who gets quite stressed, so techniques that slow you down work for me.”

Balanced Diet
Mum-to-be, Zucker says it is important to eat right. Not a big fan of processed foods, Carly keeps it natural, a balanced diet is key. “I’m not a fan of faddy diets either and believe it’s important to eat protein, carbs and fats all together in one meal”

Motivation

Zucker says stay motivated “If you find it hard to motivate yourself, find a childhood sport you enjoyed such as netball or hockey and ask a friend to do it with you. I was really into football before I met Joe and used to captain the girls’ team at my school. Look around your local area for teams you can join.”

Chuck out the scales

According to Carly, keeping fit and healthy is about how you look and feel about yourself. Carly says “I hate scales and never use them. In the past when I have used them they haven’t reflected how I’ve felt about my body. Sometimes they can be demotivating. I prefer to judge my weight by how I fit into my clothes.”

Follow My Lead Says Tappenden

Glamour Model, Page Three Girl and WAG, Nicola Tappenden is urging aspiring, young models to enter a nationwide talent search.

Bromley-born Nicola Tappenden wants more girls locally to take part the modelling competition being run by motorbike insurers Bennetts.

“Everyone should have a go at entering model search competitions, as you never know when you might get picked up and it opens lots of doors to models.”

As Nicola T. shot to fame after entering the first ever Page Three Idol Competition in 2002, she knows what it takes and is simply as girls to take a chance and follow her lead.

“I am living proof that these things work, I won this competition six years ago.”

Tappenden, fiancé of footballer, Simon Walton, has recently taken part in the Big Brother House 2010. After being evicted on 27 January 2010, in sixth place, in a secret eviction, it was clear that Tappenden had stolen many viewers’ hearts, with her genuine girl next door attitude.

The dress is made from baby-rose, pink satin and it is covered in a black lace rose design, teamed with classic patent, black heels. Wearing no jewellery but her engagement ring Tappenden looked very typical girl next door.

Since Big Brother Tappenden has been in the lime light working on her first single ‘Drunk’ due to be released in March 2010.

Make Me A WAG – Part Two

Being a WAG has in itself become a fashion statement. So here is PART TWO of how to be the best WAG you can.

 Thou Must Wear Heels…

If they are not over 6 inches then they are not heels, all WAG’s own a pair of “practical” 6 inch round toe, stilettos. Favourites are black or nude patents as they compliment every outfit, but as Spring approaches maybe you can afford to be more daring with colours.

Thou Should Always Hide Behind Sunglasses…

If you do have to nip to the shop, yet you’re too busy to look perfect. Take precautions. Firstly, make sure you are complete with oversized sunglasses preferably Christian Dior or Gucci. The frames can be used to hide a whole number of things such as; dark circles under eyes, lack of eye make up/ false lashes, puffy eyes and even blemishes on the upper cheeks.

Thou Should Always Cover The Head When Not Wanting To Be Photographed…

Not feeling very photogenic, wear a large hood/ cap/ hat to keep you hidden from paparazzi. Hoods hide bad hair days, lack of extensions, general bad days and they distract attention away from your face. Cover the head is also a fashion statement in itself and tells the paparazzi to politely leave you alone.

Thou Should Own The Perfect Pair Of Skinny Jeans…

Skinny’s are a must for a daytime look. Whether you are taking the children out or doing a spot of shopping, make sure you are wearing your figure hugging skinny jeans to keep you looking slim and slender day in day out.

Thou Must Wear Designer…

Designer garments are vital, now outfit is complete without a cheeky Chanel handbag or a stunning pair of Louboutins or even an entire Balmain outfit.

Make Me A WAG – Part One

Being a WAG has in itself become a fashion statement. So here is PART ONE of how to be the best WAG you can.

Thou Must Tan…

No self respecting WAG would ever be photographed looking pasty and pale, therefore, tip number one, never leave the house without fake baking or taking a trip to the tanning salon first.

Thou Must Wear Make Up And False Lashes At All Times…

If you have a spot or blemish, ‘Do Not’, I repeat ‘Do Not’ leave the house without make-up. Get some concealer on that spot and a natural layer of foundation and lightly blushed cheeks should do the trick. And of course don’t forget false lashes for a fresh faced look.

Thou Should Always Have Luscious Locks…

Extensions are essential, clipped, sewn or glued; do not get photographed without them, unless of course you are sporting a brand new signature hair cut, in which case, extensions may be excused.

Thou Should Get A Unique Tattoo…

It is important to get a small tattoo somewhere visible, i.e wrist, hand, forearm, or if you are feeling risqué get your tattoo somewhere slightly intimate and be sure to get it photographed occasionally.

Thou Must Be Photographed With Children Occasionally…

If you have children it is important to occasionally get photographed taking them out.
